Parts ordered from interstate suppliers can take several days to reach Cairns. We keep genuine parts in stock for the brands we sell, including Jetwave, ThoroughClean and Aussie Pumps, so most repairs don't have to wait on freight.
Our workshop diagnoses the specific fault before replacing anything, rather than swapping parts based on a guess. We also build custom rigs for operators working in conditions standard equipment isn't designed for, including mining sites, marine environments and councils running equipment under heavy daily use. Depending on the job, this can involve upgraded corrosion protection, reinforced mounting or non-standard hose and fitting configurations. If a standard unit will do the job, we'll recommend that instead of a custom build.
